The model
One sales unit is 10 m² of land for $300.00, including a vanilla orchid planted on it. The minimum purchase is 100 m² — ten units, ten plants. From there the same principle scales to a full hectare.
In 10 m² units at $300 each, each with a vanilla orchid planted on it. Minimum purchase 100 m² with 10 plants. You receive shares for your square metres.
from $3,000
A planifolia orchid climbs 2–4 metres a year and becomes more productive with every season. Its agricultural value rises accordingly — and with it the value of the company’s productive assets.
+$15 per plant, p.a.
The plantation is cultivated by Puronilla. There is no extra fee for farm maintenance.
$0 cost
From year four on, when the first harvest arrives, Puronilla exclusively buys your green vanilla at a guaranteed fixed price of $12.50 per kilo — contracted for 15 years, index-linked.
cash $250–750 p.a.
The annual cash-out grows with the plantation — while your land and your plants gain value.
$9,750 in ten years
Maximum purchase is 10,000 m² — one hectare, approx. 2.5 acres — with the exclusive right to build on a private zone of 1,000 m².
$300,000 full estate
Why land first
It cannot be printed, diluted or digitally erased. Good land is limited — and productive land has an additional advantage: it does not only hold value, it can create value. That is the principle behind El Valle Vanilla Estates. You are not investing money into a project or a promise.
1 · Security
One share in the company equals one square metre of land. The share capital is fixed at 596,092 shares — one per square metre — with anti-dilution protection written into the statutes. Your shares can be pledged as collateral.
2 · Payback
Recurring agricultural income from year four onwards — a contractually guaranteed offtake at an index-linked fixed price of USD 12.50/kg of green vanilla, secured for 15 years. One plant produces around 2 kg per year.
3 · Return
The number of plants grows over the years — the farm produces more every season. At the same time the land and the plants gain value as an asset.
Ownership structure
The land is held throughout by the company — as one connected, professionally managed plantation. Your shares represent both sides equally: your share of the land and your share of the plantation. You participate in the business and hold an ownership interest in the company whose principal asset is the land and the operating vanilla estate.
01
The company holds the land
The estate stays one undivided agricultural property owned by the company. That keeps the plantation workable and the infrastructure in one hand.
02
Shares, not parcels
You acquire shares in the company — one share equals one square metre. 100 m² is 100 shares. Each share represents ownership of the farming operation and of the assets alike: the land and the vanilla plants.
03
Entry in the land register
When you acquire a full estate, your name and your 10,000 m² are additionally recorded against the land title — comparable, as an illustration, to a bank recording a lien for a defined amount. The exact register form follows Dominican law and the final title documentation.
Legal notice · The offtake price of $12.50/kg is contractually fixed for 15 years and index-linked. Harvest volumes, payouts and land values are projections based on the current cultivation model and may fluctuate. Please read the offering memorandum in full.

Vanilla
The Greater Antilles are the endemic home of Vanilla planifolia. We attribute vanillin development in the native plant to phosphorus compounds carried from the Sahara by Atlantic trade winds — an estimated 80,000 tons of Saharan dust land on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic each year, and have done for millions of years.
This is why our vanilla is among the best in the world.
Certified organic
Our relationship with vanilla begins with mother's milk. Long before we ever taste ice cream or a fragrant dessert, our first encounter with a sweet, soothing aroma happens at our mother's breast — the moment we enter the world. Those warm, gentle vanilla notes are among the very first scents a newborn experiences: a primal signal of safety, comfort and peace.
"Vanilla is not something we learn to love — it is something we remember."
The Caribbean Vanilla planifolia was first documented in Cuba by Nancy Anne Wollstonecraft (1791–1828) — the earliest modern record of the species. The plant was never brought to these islands; it is from here.
Puronilla
Vanilla does not grow by itself. Behind every productive orchid are people who know the plant, observe it and take care of it through the year. Every flower opens for a single short window and has to be recognised and pollinated by hand. There is no machine for that work.

Location
El Valle sits on the northern coast of the Samaná peninsula: a wide horseshoe bay, Playa El Valle, and behind it a valley of rainforest, rivers and waterfalls. The estate land lies on the west slope above the valley floor — views to the sea, a kilometre of river along its western boundary on the valley floor, and evening light on the ridge.

The land
The land is managed as a single connected vanilla farm. Working lanes follow the real contours at roughly 7 m spacing and form an efficient network, so no one ever has to walk the same way back. The private zones sit on the west side, for sunset and evening light.
Impact
Vanilla is one of the few crops that pays for keeping a rainforest standing. The vine needs shade, humidity and living trees to climb — so the plantation only works if the forest does.
Nature
55.58 ha
Under regenerative agroforestry
El Valle Vanilla Estates is cultivated as a regenerative agroforestry system. No clearing, no monoculture, no bare soil: the vanilla grows on living host trees under an intact canopy, along working lanes that follow the contours of the slope.
Land that was degraded is replanted with native shade trees. The seasonal streams are kept as natural buffers. Every hectare that enters the plantation is a hectare taken out of the reach of the chainsaw — and given back its canopy.
Society
90
People at work, from 60 families in the valley
One hectare is one working area, and each working area is the responsibility of a farming family from the valley. Across the 55.58 hectares, around ninety people from sixty local families work the land — continuous, skilled agricultural work where they live, instead of migration to the cities or seasonal uncertainty.
Vanilla is labour that cannot be mechanised: guiding the vines, hand pollination, selective harvest, curing. That is precisely why it pays a rural region properly, and why the knowledge stays in the valley.

The Private Estate
A full estate is 10,000 m² of your own land inside the plantation. Within it, a designated private zone of 1,000 m² carries the exclusive right to build. The rest remains what makes El Valle El Valle: tropical forest and productive vanilla, professionally managed by Puronilla.
Wake up surrounded by trees, orchids and the sounds of the Caribbean rainforest. Walk from your terrace directly onto your own land. A permanent home, a retreat, or simply a place to return to — we organise rental and maintenance for additional income.

Documents for investors
You read and sign the Commercial Offer. The offer thereby becomes a bindingly accepted agreement.
The purchase price is not transferred to PURONILLA, but into the court-controlled escrow account.
The notary and law firm supervises in particular: incorporation of the land-owning company, proper acquisition and registration of the land, issue and registration of the shares, allocation of your square metres, the land register entry in the case of a full estate, and the establishment of all agreed contractual and ownership rights.
Once the agreed conditions are met, you receive the shares and the rights attached to them. Only against this contractual performance is the deposited money released.
If the closing conditions are not met within six months, you may withdraw from the agreement in writing. The amount held in escrow is then repaid to the account it came from, less only those third-party costs expressly stated in the offer. Alternatively you may agree in writing to a new closing date — silence does not count as consent.
