1 · Controller

The provider named in the imprint is the controller for data processing on this website. For privacy enquiries please write to office@puronilla.com.

2 · Contact and newsletter form

When you fill in our form we process the data you provide: name (optional), email address (required) and your note on the interest you have in mind (optional). We use this data solely to answer your enquiry, send you the documents you requested and keep you informed about the project.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where your enquiry concerns an actual acquisition, the preparation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time with an email to office@puronilla.com; the lawfulness of processing carried out until then is unaffected.

We keep your details for as long as our correspondence continues and you wish to receive our information, and delete them afterwards unless statutory retention obligations apply. Your data is never sold and never used for third-party advertising.

3 · Hosting and form submission

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you open the site, technically necessary server log data is processed: IP address, time of access, file requested, volume of data transferred, browser and operating system identifiers. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Form entries are submitted through Netlify Forms and stored there on our behalf. A data processing agreement is in place with Netlify; transfers to the USA rely on the EU standard contractual clauses.

4 · Fonts

We use typefaces from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). When the page loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google in order to deliver the font files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5 · Cookies and tracking

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and uses no tracking. There is no profiling and no automated decision-making.

6 · External documents

Our investor documents are hosted on Dropbox. If you open one of those links, Dropbox's privacy terms apply; we receive no personal data about you in the process.

7 · Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, and to its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. An email to office@puronilla.com is enough.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority — in Germany with the authority of your federal state, in Austria with the Datenschutzbehörde, in Switzerland with the FDPIC.
